Summary：
This product is a magnetic grating measurement system, in which MR is the reading head and MS is the magnetic scale. They work based on the principle of magnetic induction. When the MR read head makes linear motion in the magnetic field space of the MS magnetic scale, the read head will output a standard position pulse in real time based on the relevant displacement of the movement. This product is mainly used in woodworking, stone processing, sawing, metal cutting, textile, printing, packaging, plastic processing, automation systems, cutting equipment, electronic assembly equipment, measurement/inspection equipment, etc.

●The AB signal is one pulse per 0.02mm.
Indicator light：
Green：in working order
Red green： magnetic signal is too weak to be checked
The indicator light can only indicate whether the working power supply and magnetic scale signal are normal, and cannot guarantee the measurement accuracy after installation. If you need to improve the accuracy, please try to move the reading head as close to the magnetic scale as possible during installation.
Ⅶ、Magnetic ruler installation：
When installing using the mounting slot method, the dimensions of the pre-opened mounting slot are shown in the figure below.

The magnetic ruler can be installed horizontally and side-mounted, but try to avoid installing it upside down, see the picture below.
