1、 Overview of wireless inclinometer sensors:
WMQJD series is a high-precision wireless tilt sensor launched by Mirang Technology, with a resolution of 0.01 °. The sensor uses a high-resolution differential fractional to analog converter internally, and the product uses a high-precision 3D-MEMS measurement chip with built-in automatic temperature compensation and filtering algorithms, which to some extent reduces errors caused by environmental changes. In order to ensure excellent performance of the product in high and low temperature environments, temperature compensation is carried out within the range of -35~+60 ℃ to effectively suppress angle data deviation caused by temperature changes, ensuring the accuracy and stability of measurement data.
The product shell is made of zinc alloy die-casting, with high mechanical strength, low temperature expansion coefficient, high sealing performance, convenient installation, simple use, small volume, resistance to external electromagnetic interference, and strong vibration and impact resistance. It is a recommended choice for inclination measurement in industries such as surveying and mapping, high-rise buildings, highway bridges, industrial automation, and engineering machinery.
