Product introduction:
The six axis (attitude) inclination (dynamic) sensor uses a digital MEMS dynamic chip internally, which can measure the attitude parameters (roll, pitch, and azimuth) of the moving carrier, suitable for inclination measurement in motion or vibration states. The product is equipped with built-in acceleration and gyroscopic sensors, integrated with Kalman filtering algorithm, allowing for real-time measurement of carrier motion data in motion or vibration states. The RS485/232/TTL signal output modes of the product are optional and have strong scalability.
The six axis dynamic tilt sensor adopts a non-contact measurement method, which can output the current attitude tilt angle in real time. It is simple to use and does not require the installation of two surfaces with relative changes. Internally integrated with high-precision AD and gyroscope units, it can compensate for nonlinearity, orthogonal coupling, temperature drift, and centrifugal acceleration in real time, greatly eliminating centrifugal errors caused by motion acceleration interference, improving the dynamic measurement accuracy of the product, and can adapt to work in complex motion scenes and harsh environments for a long time. This product belongs to the dynamic and static dual-mode measurement sensor, with strong resistance to external electromagnetic interference, suitable for various large high-intensity impact vibration industrial environments, and is an ideal choice for industrial automation control measurement posture.
