I. LVDT displacement sensor four-wire system overview

Differential transformer displacement sensor (LVDT) has the characteristics of high precision, good dynamic characteristics, reliable operation and easy use. Ideal for high precision, high repeatability measurements in quality control and metrology applications. It can be widely used in aerospace, machinery, construction, textile, railway, coal, metallurgy, plastics, chemical industry and scientific research colleges and other industries of the national economy, used to measure elongation, vibration, object thickness, expansion and other high-tech products.

The LVDT displacement sensor four-wire system uses an integrated single-chip solution for outstanding performance. LVDT20 can be reduced by two thirds with the same range length, especially suitable for installation space is small occasions! The probe is made of silicon nitride ceramic with high hardness and wear-resistant material, and the moving part of the measuring shaft is made of precision guide rail. The displacement sensor is equipped with a transmitter that can output the standard DC signal. The four-wire transmitter uses a single power supply +9 ~ 36V DC isolated power supply. Can output signal 4-20mA, 0-5V,0-10V or ±5V,±10V and other signals to choose from.

Note 2: The outside diameter of the pen displacement sensor (LVDT) is 8mm. It does not have a circuit demodulator or transmitter inside itself. The external transmitter is connected by means of an aviation plug.
