Overview of LVDT8Q Spring waterproof displacement sensor:


          Waterproof differential transformer displacement sensor (LVDT) can be widely used in various industries of the national economy, such as aerospace, machinery, construction, textiles, railways, coal, metallurgy, plastics, chemical engineering, and scientific research institutions, to measure high-tech products such as elongation, vibration, object thickness, and expansion.

          Pneumatic displacement sensors have excellent performance and are suitable for high-precision and high repeatability measurements in quality control and metrology applications. The measuring head adopts a high hardness wear-resistant material, silicon nitride ceramic ball, and the moving part of the measuring shaft adopts a precision guide rail. The pneumatic displacement sensor is equipped with an external transmitter that can output standard DC signals. It adopts a convenient single power supply+12-30V DC power supply, and the electronic circuit is sealed in a 304 stainless steel metal tube, which can work in harsh environments such as humidity and dust. The output signal is a standard 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA or RS485 output that can be used by computers or PLC.

       Outer diameter of pen type displacement sensor (LVDT) is 8mm, and it does not have a circuit demodulator or or transmitter inside. The external transmitter is connected through an aviation plug. The pen type LVDT displacement sensor can output signals such as 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20MA, RS485, etc. through an external transmitter.

The positioning and installation of LVDT requires the use of non-metallic fixtures with low temperature expansion coefficients for fixation. If metal block fixtures are used for installation, it will have an impact on product performance.
