I. MQJL tilt sensor overview:
MQJL tilt sensor low precision series adopts anti-interference platform design, integrated new micromechanical sensing unit, wide temperature performance, long-term stable and reliable work. This product adopts the non-contact principle to measure the tilt Angle of the object, and calculates the real-time tilt Angle by measuring the component generated by the
gravity of the earth through the internal micromechanical unit. It is simple and convenient to install, and only needs to be fixed on the object under measurement, and does not require a fixed shaft and a rotating shaft. Various installation methods can meet the measurement needs of customers. Ideal accessories for industrial equipment.

VII. Installation precautions:
The correct installation method can avoid measurement errors, and the following points should be done when installing the sensor:
1.To ensure that the sensor mounting surface is completely close to the measured surface, the measured surface should be as horizontal as possible, there can be no included Angle.
2.The bottom line of the sensor and the axis of the measured object cannot have an Angle, and the bottom line of the sensor should be kept parallel or orthogonal to the rotation axis of the measured object during installation.
3. The mounting surface of the sensor and the measured surface must be fixed tightly, smooth contact, stable rotation, to avoid measurement errors caused by acceleration and vib
