Overview and application of magnetostrictive static level:
Magnetostrictive static level is a high-precision liquid level measuring instrument, consisting of a high-precision magnetostrictive level gauge, a storage tank, a liquid level float, a leveling bracket, water pipes, and other components. In use, the containers of multiple static level gauges are connected by liquid pipes, and the liquid level of each container is measured by relevant sensors, which can then measure the changes in liquid level at each measuring point.
Magnetostrictive static level is a precision instrument used to measure the relative settlement of various measuring points in foundations and buildings. It is widely used in automatic monitoring of uneven settlement of structures such as dams, high-rise buildings, nuclear power plants, water conservancy hubs, rock masses, pipelines, roadbeds, cuttings, bridges, tunnels, subways, and large storage tanks.

Characteristics of magnetostrictive static level:
1. Using organic glass tubes or aluminum materials as liquid storage containers has good transparency, high strength, and can intuitively reflect the height of the liquid level inside the container for easy visual inspection.
2. The upper cover is equipped with a spirit level for easy installation and leveling of the instrument.
3. The upper and lower covers are made of aluminum alloy material, with surface oxidation treatment, and are lightweight and rust proof.
4. The sensor is made of all stainless steel and will never rust. The external fully enclosed structure has good waterproof performance.
5. The sensor installation is fixed with threaded connections, without the need for other accessories, and is simple and reliable.
6. The installation bracket is equipped with three sets of adjustment bolts to form a three-point support for the instrument base plate, facilitating the installation and leveling of the instrument
