1、 Working principle and characteristics:
Miran Technology spoke type weighing sensor uses strain gauges to form a Wheatstone bridge inside the sensor. When the sensor is subjected to external forces, it will deform, causing a linear increase or decrease in the impedance of the strain gauges tightly attached to the inside of the sensor. By matching the transmitter module, mechanical quantities can be converted into standard analog signals such as 4-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V, etc., which can be directly connected to automatic control equipment such as PLC or computer.
The spoke type weighing sensor adopts a nickel plated alloy steel surface and a spoke type elastic body pull structure, which has the characteristics of low appearance, anti offset load, high accuracy, good strength, easy installation, and good symmetry of tension and compression output.

Widely used in the measurement of force in textile, machinery, industrial systems, as well as industrial automation measurement and control systems such as overhead scales, track scales, hopper scales, reaction kettles, cold and hot hydraulic presses, electronic testing machines, servo electric screw press machines, and various scales for weighing and force measurement.
